Cardiff Music Awards is grateful for the valued partnership of our 2018 sponsors. We’re excited to be working with Jack Arts, an independent out-of-home agency specialising in arts and culture.
After working with them on the CMAs last year, they were up for making the CMAs bigger and better that ever before this year. For the 2018 CMAs, they’re assisting with the posters, flyers and distribution, without we would struggle to spread the word of the event to this level.
Some of their services include posters, event branding and popups, and most impressively, experimental marketing. One that stands out is ‘The Handmaid’s Tale PR Stunt‘, who they teamed up with Vintage Books in order to promote Margaret Atwood’s, The Handmaid’s Tale. Dressed in authentic dress, six women walked through the centre of London, which created a buzz, turned people’s heads and did what a good PR campaign should do, got commuters to stand in their tracks!
They also collaborated with Robert Montgomery on one of his poetry projects, seeing him takeover five of Jack Arts’s major billboards in East London. Using the billboards, Montgomery led a walking tour of the poems focusing on the poetry itself as well as the surrounding location.
Working in nine cities including Cardiff, London (their base town), Glasgow and Dundee, Jack Arts have worked with some big-name clients, including Macmillan, Welsh National Orchestra, Motorpoint Arena, and Tate Modern. We are happy to be added to that list once again, thank you Jack Arts.
